Rita joins the RYSE team with 15+ years of sales, marketing and organizational leadership experience coming off her role as VP of E-Commerce & Brands for a renowned, celebrity co-owned consumer brand that has generated broad national appeal and attention from major media outlets including Oprah Winfrey Network, Cosmopolitan, and many other tier-1 consumer outlets.
As a digital-first marketer she has deep expertise developing and executing affiliate and influencer marketing strategies for lifestyle brands managing CPG, apparel and electronics products, creating demonstrable brand visibility and enhanced revenue growth. This has given her deep, hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing launching platforms including Amazon and other key marketplaces, while integrating with creative social media and content marketing campaigns that convert target audiences at scale.
Her operational leadership extends to direct P&L responsibility for hundreds of successful product launches integrated with field enablement and sales campaign orchestration to bolster brand development and sales growth.
